What about substitutions?

Not all flowers are available year-round. Some flowers are seasonal or only available regionally. Where they are not available the closest substitute will be used. Some plants are only available during certain seasons or in certain regions. In such case, we will substitute the closest type of plant at an equal or higher value. Some containers may not be readily available, especially during holidays; in such cases a similar container will be used. If you do not want any part of your order substituted as needed, please mention this when ordering.

How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please call us at at 231-777-1512. Have your Netticket number available for us to respond to your request quickly.

Is the arrangement in the photo exactly what will be delivered?
Each bloom is unique. Therefore, no two arrangements will look exactly the same. The style, types of flowers, arrangement of the flowers, and container will be as similar as possible using the wide variety of fresh flowers we have in our shop (see "What about substitutions?" above). The photos are provided as a guide for both you and the designer of your arrangement.
